These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (lukmaj.com) and all wholesale orders placed with Lucky Mahjong, a brand operated by Shenzhen Nuolanxiang Trading Co., Ltd. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Lucky Mahjong is a B2B cross-border manufacturer specializing in American Mahjong equipment. Our services include:

• Wholesale supply — Standard and premium American Mahjong sets for distributors and retailers
• OEM / ODM manufacturing — Custom production based on buyer specifications
• Private Label — Branded American Mahjong sets with buyer's logo and packaging
• Sample orders — Product evaluation samples for qualified buyers

All products are designed to comply with National Mah Jongg League (NMJL) standards unless otherwise specified.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an inquiry, placing an order, or using any service provided by Lucky Mahjong, you represent that you are a business entity or authorized representative acting in a commercial capacity. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Buyer") and Shenzhen Nuolanxiang Trading Co., Ltd. ("Seller").

4. Ordering Process

All orders follow a structured workflow to ensure accuracy and quality:

1. Quote Request — Buyer submits specifications via our website, email, or WhatsApp
2. Quotation — Seller provides a detailed quote including pricing, lead time, and terms
3. Approval — Buyer reviews and approves the quotation in writing (email or formal PO)
4. Payment — Buyer completes payment per agreed terms
5. Production — Seller initiates manufacturing after payment confirmation
6. Quality Inspection — Seller conducts internal QC and provides photos/videos before shipment
7. Shipment — Goods are dispatched per agreed shipping method

5. Pricing & Payment

Pricing

All prices are quoted in USD on an FOB Shenzhen basis unless otherwise agreed. Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation unless market conditions are specified otherwise.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Wire Transfer (T/T) — standard for all orders
• Trade Assurance (Alibaba) — available for Alibaba platform orders
• Other methods may be arranged on a case-by-case basis

Payment Terms

• Sample orders: Full payment in advance
• Production orders: Typically 30% deposit + 70% before shipment (negotiable based on order volume and relationship)
• A formal Proforma Invoice (PI) or order confirmation will be issued upon payment

6. Production & Quality Control

Every order undergoes our 4-stage quality control process:

1. Raw Material Inspection — All materials are verified upon receipt
2. In-Process QC — Spot checks during each production stage
3. Pre-Shipment Inspection — Full inspection before packing
4. Packing Verification — Confirmed against approved specifications and packaging requirements

For OEM/ODM orders, production will only begin after the Buyer has approved the sample or digital design proof in writing. Changes requested after production has commenced may incur additional costs and delays.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Terms

Default shipping terms are FOB Shenzhen. The Seller is responsible for goods until they are delivered to the carrier at the port of shipment. Risk transfers to the Buyer upon carrier acceptance.

Shipping costs are quoted separately and depend on destination, weight, and preferred method. Shipping delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control and do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

8. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Our warranty and return policies are detailed in our Warranty & Returns Policy. The following is a summary:

Manufacturing Defects

• Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receipt, accompanied by clear photographic evidence
• Seller will provide a free replacement or a proportional refund at Seller's discretion

Shipping Damage

• Must be reported within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damaged packaging and products
• Seller will assist in filing a claim with the carrier

Custom / OEM Orders

• Custom and OEM orders are not returnable unless the products are defective or do not conform to the approved sample

Standard Catalog Orders

• Returnable within 14 days of receipt in original, unopened packaging
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

Sample Orders

• Non-refundable

9. Intellectual Property

• All logos, artwork, trademarks, and designs provided by the Buyer remain the exclusive property of the Buyer
• Lucky Mahjong will not reproduce, distribute, or use Buyer's intellectual property for any purpose other than fulfilling the Buyer's order
• Lucky Mahjong retains all rights to its manufacturing processes, product designs, and proprietary technology
• Buyer agrees not to reverse-engineer or copy Lucky Mahjong's proprietary manufacturing methods

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• Lucky Mahjong's total liability arising from or related to any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Buyer for that specific order
• Lucky Mahjong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity
• Lucky Mahjong does not guarantee specific delivery dates and shall not be liable for delays

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, specifically the jurisdiction of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province.

In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms:

1. Good-Faith Negotiation — Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through direct, good-faith negotiation within 30 days of written notice
2. Mediation — If negotiation fails, either party may request mediation through a mutually agreed mediator
3. Arbitration — If mediation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) for binding arbitration conducted in English

12. Changes to Terms

Lucky Mahjong reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage Buyers to review these Terms periodically.
