Our 4-Stage Quality Control Process

Every order — whether 50 sets or 10,000 — goes through the same rigorous inspection process:

Stage 1: Material Inspection

Raw materials (acrylic sheets, melamine resin, printing inks) are inspected upon arrival from certified suppliers. We verify material grade, color consistency, and dimensional specifications before production begins.

Stage 2: Production Monitoring

During manufacturing, our QC team conducts in-process checks:

• Tile cutting dimensional accuracy: ±0.05mm tolerance
• UV printing color verification against approved sample
• Engraving depth consistency: 0.3-0.5mm standard
• Surface finish inspection: no scratches, bubbles, or defects

Stage 3: Final Inspection

Before packaging, every batch receives a comprehensive final check:

• Full tile count verification (166 tiles per set)
• Individual tile weight consistency
• Color accuracy across the entire batch
• Accessory completeness (racks, pushers, dice, case)
• Random sampling for detailed measurement

Stage 4: Packaging & Pre-Shipment

• Individual set assembly and final visual check
• Inner box packing with protective inserts
• Outer carton packing (double-wall corrugated)
• Carton marking and labeling per buyer specifications
• Container/pallet loading supervision (for large orders)

Shipping Information

All shipments include tracking numbers. For orders above certain thresholds, we can arrange DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping so you don't need to handle customs clearance.

• Standard export packaging — Individual box + outer carton, suitable for most orders
• Branded packaging — Your logo and design on the box, inserts, and labels
• Retail-ready packaging — Shelf-ready boxes with barcodes, hang tags, and marketing materials
• Custom gift packaging — Premium unboxing experience with tissue, ribbon, and custom inserts

US Fulfillment Option

Here's what the US fulfillment option will include:

• Bulk inventory pre-positioned in the US — Ship large orders from China to our US warehouse, then reorder in smaller batches domestically
• 2-5 day domestic delivery — Via USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground
• Lower shipping costs for reorders — Especially beneficial for orders under 100 sets
• Simplified returns — US-based return address for defective items
• Amazon FBA compatible — We can prep and label inventory for Amazon FBA if you sell on that platform
